Madge Isn't Giving Up! Queen Of Pop Appealing Adoption Ruling
Madge isn't gonna let this one go down without a fight!
After a Malawi court ruled against the material girl adopting 4-year-old Mercy James on Friday morning, Madonna has put the wheels in motion for an appeal of the ruling!
"I just filed the notice of appeal this afternoon on instructions from my client," said Madonna's lawyer Alan Chinula.
The judge believed in Madge's ability to be a loving mother but refused to break the rules for the pop diva!
"It is necessary that we look beyond the petitioner … and consider the consequences of opening the doors too wide," the judge explained on Friday. "By removing the very safeguard that is supposed to protect our children, the courts … could actually facilitate trafficking of children by some unscrupulous individuals."
How will Her Madgesty's legal team get around the problem of the "residency requirement" of Malawi adoptions???
Will Madonna be able to sweet talk her way out of the requirements???

If you did just a little research you would know that she has raised and donated millions through her charity Raising Malawi. She has helped over 25,000 children there..by building orphan care centers and helping farmers with irrigation to there crops. Anyone who think Madonna is "buying a baby" is stupid. She has been trying to adopt little Mercy for over a year and a half. It is OBVIOUS that a motherless child is not better off in a dirty orphanage.
In Malawi half the adult population has been wiped out by the AIDS virus. There really aren't many adults left to take care of these orphans because they are dead. Anyone who is judging Madonna needs to take time out of there day and watch her documentary I am Because We Are. Instead of calling her stupid old bitch whore it might do you some good to educate yourselves on what those people are going through over there. If you watch the film you might actually LEARN something! (GASP!)

The girl’s mother died at age 14, not long after Mercy was born on Jan. 22, 2006; there was no mention of the father in the affidavit. The mother’s brother was listed as having consented to the adoption.
Malawi’s child welfare minister, Anna Kachikho, had endorsed Madonna’s adoption bid, telling the AP on Thursday: “If people like Madonna adopt even one such orphan, it’s one mouth less we have to feed.”

Madonna first traveled to Malawi in 2006 while filming a documentary on its devastating poverty and AIDS crisis, and later decided to adopt there.
In an interview with The Associated Press last year, Madonna spoke of being drawn to the people of Malawi, particularly the children.
“I saw that people with so little had so much appreciation for life and so much joy. It gave me a real sense of appreciation for what I have and … it put things in perspective for me,” she said.
“We have so much and we can often get caught up in our little stupid problems. (In Malawi) the kids have nothing to play with.”
Madonna also noted the difficulties in adopting from Malawi, saying: “They are still trying to finesse the laws.”

Turns out Guy Ritchie isn't one to kick Madonna when she's down.
Despite the wild assortment of less-than-flattering adjectives the duo supposedly used to describe each other in the days following their divorce announcement, Ritchie has lent some positive support to his ex in light of a Malawian court's refusal to grant her a second adoption.
"Madonna is a fantastic and loving mother who cares deeply about her own children and children who may need additional help and support," the British filmmaker said in a statement Friday.
"I fully supported Madonna in her decision to apply for this adoption, and I am saddened that her application has been rejected. She is motivated only by being a caring parent who seeks to share some of the advantages and opportunities that her life has given her. if Madonna wants to save the world, why doesn't she start adopting deserving children in the States? How many abandoned kids are living in orphanages or the streets because no one cares about them? This "collecting of children" by her and that other obsessed couple (you know who they are!) from other countries is great and all, but maybe start saving lives in your own backyard too!!!

This was her chance to show how much she wanted this kid, to tell the judge how much she loved this little girl, and she wasn't even in the fucking room?? Her grandmother even said they were STEALING her grandchild! She paid off the government, the orphanage, and the people by giving them anything they wanted. The majority of people in Malawi are devout Christians, they will definitely not allow their children to convert to another religion, especially one so MADE UP as Kabbalah, just to attend Madonna's school. Her charity, Raising Malawi, was also started with Michael Berg, the Rabbi and dean of the Kabbalah centers. These people should not be forced to believe in something they DO NOT believe in. She is such a diva, that even when it comes to poor, starving kids, it's her way or the highway! She is also either completely oblivious to the real conditions these people have to endure, or just plain cruel; If she was so compassionate and selfless, she would have dropped her whole life in the states and came to Malawi as just a regular person with the means to help a starving country. Did she do that, no, of course not. She had to have the best of everything, such as: flaunting a private jet to Malawi and around Malawi, expensive clothes & jewelry, flying her personal trainer and an entire GYM (so she could still keep her daily workout regimen), and the best of all SHE FLIES IN $100 BOTTLES OF HER FAVORITE WINE!! Why is this a big deal? Well, the women of Malawi walk miles upon miles in search of water for their families, yet this bitch is flying in her favorite wine every other day!!
