Reps from Michael Jackson's camp tried to hault the auction of thousands of items that once belonged to the Gloved One, but the auction will go on!
A Los Angeles Superior Court Judge has ruled against the return of Jacko's items before the April 22nd auction is to take place, but Jackson's legal team are bringing the case before another judge April 15th in a last-minute attempt to stop the sale.

I'm so glad to see that you once again have taken out the time to have me in your thoughts.
First of all I am a girl, I have stated that before in past post. Secondly Mr. "JACKSON" not "WACKO" is innocent, and that was proven to be true in a court of law, and not everyone was to blame, just the money loving parents of the "2" children who accused him.
But back to the topic at hand….
I think that this is unfortunate because Michael wasn't even there when his possesions was taken anyway. Which means that there are more then likely some items of his that he wanted to keep, and now can't. But I'm sure he's not tripping over it that much, because he is donating profits from this auction to charity anyway.

Michael left Neverland not because he was evicted from the premises, he left Neverland because as he said "It is a house, and no longer a home." You wouldn't want to go back to a place that was torn apart by officers looking for evidence that wasn't there to be found in the first place. 80 officers were in his room looking for evidence and all they could leave Neverland with was porn, not child porn or gay porn, but regular ole man and women porn. They took a knife and cut up his mattress and there was crap everywhere. I wouldn't want to live there either, it was an invasion of privacy to the extreme! Don't believe the media. Michael Jackson still owns Neverland, he sold Neverland to a Company called "The Sycamore Valley Ranch Company" a company in which he owns half of. And if I were as big as an entertainer as Michael Jackson is, I would have an alarm that would alert me when someone was trying to get into my room too. He is not the only person who posses an alarm system in their home.

It was his insurance company! The court document states that ""The 1993 civil settlement was made by Mr. Jacksons insurance company and was not within Mr. Jacksons control The settlement agreement was for global claims of negligence and the lawsuit was defended by Mr. Jacksons insurance carrier. The insurance carrier negotiated and paid the settlement, despite protest from Jackson and his team."" (you can actually find this in the court-docuemnt from 2005). The leaked settlement document in 2005 reveals several interesting facts:
1) Michael Jackson denied any wrongdoing.
2) The boy and his parents could have still testified against Jackson in the criminal trial.
3) Jackson only settled over claims of negligence and not over claims of child molestation.

Because of double jeopardy, anyone accused of a crime will never have to defend themselves for the same allegation twice unless one trial takes place in civil court and the other in criminal court. This was the situation with Michael Jackson in 1993. What people also dont realize is that when Jacksons insurance company paid his settlement, he was settling a civil case not a criminal case; he was not being prosecuted, he was being sued. There is a clause in the settlement which states that Jackson in no way acknowledges any wrongdoing by signing the settlement.
There is another clause which specifically states that a settlement in the civil case in no way affects the recipients right to testify in a criminal case. The reason no criminal case was brought in 1993 was that the allegations were ludicrous and they couldnt find any information to back them up. Tom Sneddon presented the case to two grand juries and both of them laughed him out of court. He wasnt even allowed to bring charges because his case was so pathetic. THERE WERE NEVER EVEN A CASE AGAINST MICHALE JACKSON. TWO GRAND JURY TOSSED THE CASE OUT!!

Do you even know that the boy has NO contact with his parents? He have sued his father two times the past five years. One time it was because of his dad wanted more of the money that MJ's insurance-company gave to the boy and the other time the boy sued his father in 2007 claiming his dad tried to kill him! LAPD reported that all the evidence that they confiscated turned out to be totally innocent. Thousans of kids visited Neverland, this accusation came only from ONE boy with money-loving parents. Michael Jackson did have to go through a strip-search after the boy had given a description of how MJ's genitals looked like. It did however NOT match the boys description. The father of the boy was tape-recorded saying ""And if I go through with this, I win big-time. I will get everything I want, and they will be destroyed forever. Its irrelevant if this helps out my boy. The whole thing is going to crash down on everybody and destroy everybody in sight. It will be a massacre if I don't get what I want."" I'm sure that the author from this book that your quoting from happens to be a past associate of Michael Jackson's. See alot of them tried suing MJ in the past and lost, they then created these "books" full of lies to cash in on Michael Jackson's name. If you really want to read a credible book that is full of actual testimony, and actual court documents you should get "Michael Jackson Conspiracy" by Aprodite Jones, this indeed is a legit source. MJ gave the father from the 1993 case exactly what he asked for. He went to MJ's lawyers and said he would drop ALL charges if he got paid. MJ did so with due to the advice from his lawyers b/c he did not want to go through a long and drawn out court case during one of the many heights of his career. The father from the first case asked for money b/c he knew there was NO evidence, and there was NO case. This way if he asked for money he would get something. Because had he gone through the court system, he would have come out looking just as dumb as the family from 2005.

All the information we have received has actually come out of ACUTAL TESTIMONY AND COURT DOCUMENTS that can be easilly obtained by anybody. I guess people like "Nutcracker" would much prefer that we get our information from "true crime books" that are written from unreliable, money hungry people. That's just like telling me that I should have watched Court TV during the 2005 trial against Michael to get information regarding the case or no I should have listened to Nancy Grace, who in which after the trial had to eat "Crows Pie" (you should look up the reason why she had to eat Crows Pie "Nutcraker" and any other haters) LOL. The Accuser and the accusers family could have still testified at a Criminal trial against MJ, instead they chose to settle and withdrew there case. The Accuser could have even testified during the 2005 case, but choose not to. Reason being is because there was nothing to testify about, because NOTHING ever happened in the first place. Not only did they settle the case ( based on there own choosing) but the case was dropped due to NO SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE!
