mariah is so over . shes still pretty big in the US, but her career is pretty much dead in the rest of the world. she only had 1 hit (outside of US where every1 sucks her ass) 'we belong together' since the start of the new millenium. she is not as big as americans think she is (18 US no1s is a joke, shes only ever had 2 no1s in the UK,about 10 years ago LAME and both were covers). thats why her last album flopped. it was a success in US though. sold 2.5mil copies worlwide but 1.5mil were sold in US and 300,000 in canada, that means she only sold 700,000 copies across the rest of the entire planet. she should retire gracefully why people still like her before she becomes a try-hard hasbeen trying to rekindle her career and the butt of every joke !

Her last album was the 26th best selling album worldwide in 2008. That's hardly a flop. That may not be up to her previous standards, but it's still impressive considering no one really buys albums anymore.

Actually she's been laying laying low for the last couple of months, starred in a few independent movies in which her acting garnered great reviews from critics, is happily married, and unfortunately for Perez, the worst he can print on her is that she's gaining weight. No GLITTER Part II to laugh at, no more breakdowns to report. I say she's doing well for herself these days. For someone who thinks she's over, you sure like keeping tabs on her. The only joke here was reading through your post.
