That's just fucking retarded. Apple patented touch screen technology about 8 years before anyone even knew what they were going to use it for. That company can't afford the lawyers Apple can. Case closed.

the iPhone has been out for over a year….and these foreign fucks are just now deciding that apple stole their touch screen? give me a break. it seems the US isnt the only country that is money hungry right now.
