Tech companies are constantly getting sued, it's nothing new. The bigger they get, the more attention they have and the more suing happens.

That's just fucking retarded. Apple patented touch screen technology about 8 years before anyone even knew what they were going to use it for. That company can't afford the lawyers Apple can. Case closed.
