Madge Comes To The Aid Of Italian Quake Victims

Her Madgesty? More like Saint Madge!
Madonna has generously made a "substantial donation" to the Italian city of Pacentro to aid the victims of the devastating 6.3 magnitude earthquake that hit the Abruzzo region of Italy on Monday.
It turns out that Madonna's grandparents were residents of the small town of Pacentro until 1919!
"I am happy to lend a helping hand to the town that my ancestors are from," says Madge. "My heart goes out to the families that have lost loved ones or their homes.
Although M's rep, Liz Rosenberg, has remained mum on the amount her client donated to the city, sources have spilled that Madonna has donated a dollar amount in the $500,000 range!
Hopefully more celebs will follow suit!

That 500,000 dollars that Madonna is giving is 450,000 more than Obama has pledged. Imagine that for once the old hag really does impress me. Once again the Obungler administration disappoints.
