David Caruso Sued By Ex-Girlfriend For Abuse

CSI Miami star David Caruso has been slammed with a lawsuit by ex-girlfriend and mother of his 2 kids, Liza Marquez.
Marquez is suing for breach of contract/settlement agreement, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress (domestic abuse).
She should have sued him for bitchasness too!
The couple split rather abruptly in 2007, while Marquez was pregnant with their second child. Up until now, Marquez had remained mum on the incident.
If the lawsuit has any merit, it doesn't speak well of Caruso!

To those who are saying that he's a bad actor, he played the hell out of and inhabited the role of Detective John Kelly on NYPD Blue. But, yeah, that was a long time ago. For years, our ginger man couldn't catch a break. Now he's back.
Ms. Marquez is lamenting the loss of her meal ticket. She needs to bear in mind what happened to William Hurt's onetime girlfriend who thought they had a common-law relationship. The court said no.
She'll get child support and a few bucks, but Marquez didn't didn't wait for the ring. Bad strategy. Our courts have repeatedly upheld a man's right to be a cad.
i stopped watching CSI Miami cuz of this douche. he can't act and is fuggly. i hope she cleans him of everything he gots

Intentional infliction of emotional distress doesn't necessarily mean domestic abuse. Upon the recommendation of my lawyer I had to sue someone for this that didn't provide a service due to malicious behavior. It was emotionally distressing b/c it was for my wedding and she knew she got paid to provide and chose NOT to…therefore intentional.
