      This was the first song I heard from her too and I also loved it.

      I still think she's being marketed all wrong, though. Her people seem to want to turn her into some sort of glamorous Britney clone, but when she performs live she's always more rock/grungy. But I guess she's selling records… so whatever.

      Katy Perry did a great thing with this music video and who cares what she looks like. She writes good songs and she just has a speciel voice when she sings some like it an some don't and by the way i think she has the most amazing personality.

      How exciting! I spent 16 hours on the set of the video and got used in a few different scenes so I hope I make it into the final product… Derrick Barry as Britney Spears and three other female impersonators shot scenes. The latest we have heard from producers is that they are still working on clearance to use the footage. Eminem had no problems using Derrick as Britney in his new video by the same director, Joseph kahn, which was filmed after Katy's so we'll see… :0)

      It took over 2 years to make this album? in other other words the album was controlled by the label and THEY decided when to release it. Her album has been panned by most critics, where most people ain't buying (#33 on top selling albums of 2008) and her live show got panned by the chicago tribune at her show at the house of blues saying she was "vocally challenged", funny perez will never post articles about how much she sucks hmmmm…
