Good to know that Ashley Tisdale's break up with boy bander Jared Murillo isn't interfering with her lap dance practice.

Sources tell us that the Disney star already has a new boyfriend!

"Ashley is dating [music video director] Scott Speer," a source tells us.

Speer recently directed Tisdale's new music video!

Several spywitnesses saw The Tix and Speer getting their groove on at Hollywood club H-Wood this past weekend.

Apparently the pair were engaging in activity that would make Mickey Mouse blush and then left together around 3am.
