Tom Sizemore Owes A Pretty Penny

Bad boy Tom Sizemore is racking up the legal problems!
The actor/druggie has been slapped with a lawsuit for breach of contract and fraud.
Attorney Gabriel Castellanos is saying that not only did Sizemore fail to pay up, but that he never intended to compensate the lawyer for his work.
Castellanos goes on to say that he was "misrepresented and fraudulently induced" into giving Sizemore legal aid for free.
Castellanos claims that Sizemore owes him $74,000 in legal fees.
With a reputation like that, Sizemore might find it difficult finding legal representation!

Sorry, but that attorney couldn't have been very smart to begin with. Who the hell thinks Tom Sizemore has any money?!?! He's been a destitute drug addict for years, staying in low-rent motels and getting virtually NO work … he lost his house, his cars, his friends … and, yet, the lawyer thinks his $74k would be paid?! Idiot.
Here's to you, Tom. Anyone that can pull a fast one on a lawyer is ok in my book.
