HOgans Bitch Slapped With Civil Lawsuit!

Reckless driver Nick Hogan is due back in a Florida courtroom in March 2010!
The family of John Graziano, the victim of Hogan's August 2007 car crash that permanently left Nick's former friend in a vegetative state, has slapped the Hogans with an auto negligence civil lawsuit!
Judge W. Douglas Baird has set aside three weeks next March in which to administer the trial, that is if the Grazianos and Hogans don't settle out of court before 2010!
Expect to hear Nick bitching and moaning over his pending court date because we can't imagine the Graziano family will be settling with the Hogans anytime soon!

Okay no one wants to say it but that John Graziano owes as much responsibility as Nick Hogan does. He went in the car knowing perfectly well that Nick was drinking and I highly doubt when Nick was driving John was going oh please slow down please your scaring me. Your not going the speed limit. They were doing something very dangerous and just because Nick Hogan wasnt as hurt as John Graziano, no one wants to put any blame into the guy whos hurt. I dont like the Hogans as much as anyone else but im more realistic. They both knew what they were doing the consequences but they BOTH wanted to do it anyways.
I hope they sue this pathetic family for everything. The Hogans are worthless and need to disappear. They should never have been considered "famous" in the first place (except for Hulk).

Re: MEMEME4 – There's still a way to show remorse for it. I knew 2 kids, racing down a curvy road and the driver did die in the accident. Although the passenger had nothing to do with the control of the car, his remorse was overwhelming. Yes, they were together and knew what they were doing but this kid didn't simply go on with his life as it seems Nick Hogan has. The kid that survived was traumatized from this event - doesn't seem to me that Nick or his family cares that much about Nicks "friend". Their reality television show and "celebrity status" continued to go on without fail - this young mans life is gone and he'll never get it back.

The situation is horrible and I am certainly not making excuses for Nick, but are all the "haters" perfect? I'm sure that some of us have been in situations where our negligence could have hurt another.
John G was a street racers himself. He knew what he was doing when he got into that car. He also made a CHOICE to NOT WEAR HIS SEATBELT. Its not ALL the hogans fault.

yeah as much as this kid is stupid and the family is messed up, everybody needs to remember that the guy wasn't wearing his seat belt! had he been wearing it i bet he wouldn't be in the condition he's in now like nick had been. i'm not trying to stick up for nick because he got what he deserved but this guy's family is just trying to deal with their grief with the easiest way possible– and maybe deep down they think winning this money will justify it. problem is the money won't bring the guy back. sorry.

The problem is that Nick doesn't show remorse. Just recently he was at a drag racing (or whatever the proper terminology is) event, which is in very poor taste, given his past. His vile comments in prison about how John wasn't a good person, implying he deserved a lifelong coma, were just disgusting! Nick Hogan is a repulsive, spoiled little twit who clearly doesn't think about his past actions and the lives they ruined! Oh and for the Neanderthals who keep saying that young people all make mistakes - I NEVER PUT ANYONE IN A PERMANANT COMA IN MY TEENAGE / EARLY TWENTY YEARS!

this is laughable really - not to side with the hogan 'kid', but graziano was the older of the 2 right…doesnt he share in some form of personal responsibilty for getting in the car with his friend who he knew was drunk (lest we forget he was drunk also). really its sad what happened, but the grazianos need to take a long look in the mirror and close the check books…
