The drama over at American Idol between Paula Abdul and new judge Kara DioGuardi is never-ending!
DioGuardi was brought in to allow Paula's leave from AI to be a smooth transition, but what's this?
Abdrool no longer wants to leave American Idol???
"Paula is doing everything necessary to sign another contract," a friend of Abdul's revealed to OK! Magazine.
Another source added: "Paula wants to remain on the program as long as Simon is involved."
With Paula sinking her claws into Idol and refusing to let go, the newest judge now has a world of trouble ahead of her!
DioGuardi has become the fourth wheel of the group, most noticeably distant from the original trio of judges when the cameras aren't rolling!
"During breaks, Simon, Randy and Paula would leave the table to talk to the crowd or get food, leaving Kara to swivel in her chair. Kara was the odd man out," an Idol insider dished.

OMG has to be Paula - her "critiques" have gotten more and more rambling, and make less and less sense, until finally I am yelling "OH PAULA STFU ALREADY" at the TV, hoping against hope there is some way she can hear me. I agree with Mishca - I lose brain cells every time I listen to her…by the time AI ends this year, I'll be drooling right along with her!

Honestly, Kara SUCKS. I didn't think it were possible to make Paula look as good as she does this season, but she/ Paula has been awesome, compared to Kara. All Kara ever does is make effed up facial expressions like she has to take a dump and then whine about how she doesn't know what kind of artist they are … or, the polar opposite - she'll state the ridiculous obvious, like: you blew that out of the park. And, when she goes tit for tat with the other judges, she comes off like an arrogant, defensive fool. She is so incredibly irritating, she's made it hard to watch this season - I've tuned out for the first time. I hope / pray she goes - and FAST. She's totally breaks the rhythm and offers nothing but annoyance. She was one bad idea, and clearly her greatest fan is herself. UGH.

Kara is useless as a judge. She doesn't make any sense half of the time and usually goes against whatever the other three judges say. She wouldn't notice a tune if it were waving in front of her fugly face.
OH COME ON, LETS BE HONEST HERE, KARA IS VERY ARTICULATE, SHE ALWAYS MAKES SENSE, SHE IS NOT PRETENTIOUS AND TRYING TO BE SWEET, SHE TALKS HER MIND AND THATS A GREAT THING ABOUT HER. UNLIKE PAULA, SHE TALK NON-SENSE, SHE CANT SAY IT STRAIGHT FORWARDS, ALWAYS CONFUSED. The reason the add kara because the Management cant handle Paula anymore with her drunkiness and high in drugs everytime she appears, but now she learned her lesson. There no such thing as irreplaceable. If you noticed Paula is well behaved now..
I want Paula to stay…but only because im waiting for her and Simon to hook up, YES it will happen.
Paula has said on other interviews that this may be the last season for her on Idol for various reasons. Perhaps this is why the fourth judge was brought in to get the hag of things prior to Paula leaving the show. I don't really know, but that makes sense.

Kara doesn't say anything useful ever. If you notice, when she talks after everyone else, she usually just agrees with them (but rambles for 5 minutes getting to the point.) If she goes first, she always says something completely off base. She has no idea. Paula's "Hot-Mess-ness" is worth keeping her on the show

paula never knows what she's talking about. i've never seen anybody use more phrases and old sayings more than her. also, she stutters a lot, which is supremely annoying. at least kara has real input and she captivates your attention when she speaks.
