Ok, just have to say that Seth Green has his crazy show Robot Chicken, may or may not still be going, and he's always doing cameos, none of which i can think of right now. But he's sort of become that crazy kid who grew up into a super creative/wacky guy. He's quirky and loved for it.
Seth has always been a punk rocker. He has said in interviews that he does different things with his hair on a regular basis. This is just another one he is trying out for a bit.
