The reality whore was issued a court order back in January 2008 for Sierra to keep at least 100 yards away from microphones and cameras and guess what?
Sierra's media ban has finally been lifted!
She couldn't let Nikki McKibben hog the fallen Idol spotlight forever now could she???
We expect to see this wild child back on the airwaves sooner than later, with or without the help of Dr. Drew!
