      i think that the damage done is irreparable. i feel very sorry for the dominoes franchise that they will suffer for what 2 silly individuals have done. i do not believe that this is an isolated incidence this only makes me suspicious that there is a lot of this type of thing happening all over the food industry. the types of ppl employed in these jobs often have the mentality shown by the 2 that made the disgusting video. while the presidents message gives me some faith in HIS integrity and i cannot say that has changed my mind to never buy from dominoes. i am very very sorry for what these ppl have done to the company of Dominoes.

      Sincere. I think he is a guy who owns a huge company and him and his employees have been terrorized by 2 insignificants. Good for him to take the bull by the horns.       Seriously, I think your reaction is similar to mine. But unfortunately I have heard some food-industry-standard employees say that higher end can be worse then economically viable food sources. I agree, open kitchens are a good, good, good, good thing and the best way to go.

      Unfortunate though that this President seems devastated. I find him commendable for his acknowledgment even though I am not a big pizza person, at all. I suspect, lots of places will be freaking out around now. Regulations, regulations, regulations. Loathe them but just saying.

      Dominoes will now be the cleanest restaurant in the country. It's like after the Tylenol killings, the changes Tylenol made to its packaging made it the safest over the counter med. I think this message was a good one and this will blow over. Most people know it was a couple of creepy people and it doesn't reflect on the company.

      I was a waitress once and I spit in some ladies water. She was a bitch and I spit in her water. And I enjoyed every minute of it. However, before nut jobs on here get all bent out of shape…it was the first and only time I ever did such a thing. I thought long and hard about karma and realized I did not want my food spit on so I never did it again.

      unfortunately..with the success of movies like "Waiting" and "Still Waiting" the general public is let on to the some what common practices in fast food places and resturants..this video is a prime example of what idle time and a couple of nasty idiots can do with a unchallenging job. It wont ruin Dominos ..Wendys survived the finger in the chili incident..right? I hate to say it but this nastiness is pretty common in fast food…eat and cook at home..lesson learned..oh and NEVER send your food back at resturants..ewww..people are crazy in the kitchen I KNOW..im Married to a cook.

To think, dominos has spent $$$ on advertising and these 2 people manage to get their disgusting video all over the world.       If they really want to be on the cutting edge, they should install surveillance cameras in the kitchens and allow individuals access to those cameras on demand and also they should have random security checks at a central location for every single store. A camera and internet bandwidth are all that are needed to get the ball rolling-cheap compared to damage control and the business they've lost.

      This whole thing fills me with rage. It's bad enough that it ever happened, though I am not naive enough to think it isn't happening a lot more often. What gets me though, is that these idiots posted it on the internet with no thought as to the repercussions to the company (or themselves…hello, like that won't get you in trouble? but that was jsut karma in action). I shudder at the idea of censorship, but it bothers me that in one motion we can just undo years of reputation building by a company. To everyone believing the comments telling you to Google Domino's anti-abortion donations…. please see that the person (founder) who did that sold the company almost a decade ago. You money is not going anywhere that has anything to do with abortion. And Domino's may have to give away pizza to get business back, but they shouldn't have to. The idiots were fired and arrested and the store sanitized… Domino's has done their part. What a shame that when we are given freedom with something like the internet we have to use it to tear down something hundreds of thousands of people have worked hard for. With the economy in shambles, do we really need to risk so many jobs by publicly embarassing a company with a great track record? **steps down off of soapbox**

      If these employees were paid a decent wage and treated with respect this may not have happened. I worked in various places like that when I was younger and alot of times customers and managers treat you like less than crap. I never did anything to the food, but man I really wanted to sometimes! There was no initiative to uphold the company "code" to the best of your ability, the wage was only enough to get me to do the minimum work I could get away with. Minimum wage, minimum work.

      I worked at Dominos as a teenager and I feel badly for Domino's reputation being jeopardized by these losers. What a bunch of idiots! I can only imagine how many times things happen like that at restaurants everyday that we don't see.

      I totally agree. The only food that is safe is natural, unprocessed whole foods that you wash, prepare and cook at home. Nothing is 100% safe (pesticides, etc), but at least you'll know every ingredient that went into the recipe…no surprises. Can you imagine how often this happens every day in thousands and thousands of fast food places? Way to spread disease to an unsuspecting public. Someone else suggested installing video surveillance in the kitchens…that could work…if health inspectors or the general public could view it online in real time! I'll make my own pizza, thank you.
