Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag were spotted making a quick visit to a special sort of pharmacy in West Hollywood. Which can only mean that they are card carrying members of the California medical marijuana club. Goodness knows the munchies could help skinny Heidi gain a couple pounds!
Their rep, who did not deny that they bought some of the good green stuff, said that the couple was there filming something for a web-based reality show. But Speidi, who have made a career of courting the paparazzi, seemed to want to keep the shopping trip on the downlow.
Make sure to get some snacks with that eighth!
