it's photoshopped. you can see the roughness of the pixels near the waistband of her bikini bottom and the flesh coloring doesn't look organic. I used to work for victoria's secret in the catalogue division so I know a thing or two about photoshop. BTW, all women have stretchmarks, cellulite and flaws, even Heidi Klum, even Adriana Lima and even Gisele (although she comes really damn close to perfect. not too much photoshopping there).

By the way, I think it s really bad thing of celebs (and this site!) to always put on photoshopped photographs of women who have just had a baby born and pretend that ALL women having given birth should look like a tummy-tucked photoshop clown 4 weeks from the delivery!
After a birth EVERY woman s body is flabby and has lost its firmness - I d NEVER have any plastic surgery because of that! I ve never born a baby but if I had, I definitely would not have had plastic surgery afterwards! Yeah, of course, I m EUROPEAN/German and as I continually read on here we European women never shower, tooth brush, use a deodorant, remove arm pit hair AND like our bodies to be "au naturelle"!!
