Madonna's personal trainer is getting a big time bonus!
Tracy Anderson has just sold a workout book titled The 30-Day Method Boot Camp to Grand Central Publishing.
And the selling price? A cool six-figure deal, of course.
The book is set to be published later in 2010.
We're sure having Madge and Gwyneth Paltrow as clients is really the main reason she got that deal. Though, if you recall, we told you earlier this year how Gwyneth and her gal pal Tracy were even planning to open up a gym in NYC.
Well, we hope the book is a better success cuz the gym hasn't even opened yet and already many people are finding it overpriced ($900 monthly dues) and overrated.
Diana Baroni, Grand Central editor, claims that Tracy "has a great media platform. I had seen her before I even got the written proposal in the New York Times, she’s been on shows, and she gets a lot of press, so that’s obviously something we liked because she’ll be able to spread the word about her project.”
Oh, and aside from the book they're also considering the possibility of including a workout video as an insert in the book.
Baroni adds, “She has a really different theory on fitness and working out. Everything else out there just seems to be sort of similar. I think women are obsessed with losing weight period, so they are always willing to try something new.”

Tracy Anderson is a lying, scamming, crook! Do a little research on her troubles back here in Indiana and you will see countless examples of her despicable behavior on her way to the top. Bad business ventures and screwing many people (clients and otherwise) out of thousands of dollars. I live in Fishers, IN and knew Tracy Anderson personally for a number of years. She is a very charismatic and likeable person, and I never thought she was capable of doing the things she has. I am not one of her "victims" but find it disgusting all of the good press she gets- PEREZ- START DISHING THE DIRT ON TRACY!!

PEREZ, LISTEN! I highly recommend you take a few minutes to do some research on Tracy cuz you'll have a DAMN good story to post afterwards, much better than this. I have known her since I was about 5 (20 years now), and she is nothing but a lying, manipulative sociopath. I grew up around her and her family, and while her family is wonderful, she on the other hand, is a total flake. I worked for her in IN and she tried to screw me (along with anyone else who she has ever owed) out of money. She was even arrested back in IN. I wish there was a way to get all this info out in the magazines and on tv rather than all the stuff praising her for her "workout routine"…which, byt the way, her "nutritional plan" is basically an anorexic's diet. With E!'s Kat Sadler being from Indiana, I can't believe Tracy Anderson is still getting all this hype, especially by her. Like many people have said, she is a crook! The news was all over newspapers in Indiana - how she scammed people out of money for her "training services". Don't celebs like Gwyneth & Madonna have managers smart enough not to get them involved with criminals? FYI to anyone who wants to join the new gyms she is starting with Gwyneth: she locked the doors to her old gym & left a note, ttaking everyone's money when she left for CA. I wouldn't spot her the money for a latte!

I too believe that Gwyneth Paltrow has over extended herself. I believe she has made a very poor choice of fitness expert and business partner. There is much publicity surrounding Miss? or Mrs?, depending on the day or publication, Tracy Anderson. Has the truth about Miss? or Mrs? Tracy Anderson been eluded only because of the media's relationship with Gwyneth Paltrow? The Tribeca studios' sole objective seems to be fame and fortune for Tracy Anderson, the narcissist, not helping a community of New Yorkers realize a healthy lifestyle. Maybe this is the reason why Gwyneth Paltrow's and Tracy Anderson's Tribeca studio has been unable to acquire these savvy New Yorker clients.
Miss? or Mrs? Tracy Andersons' strength is her charisma. Maybe this is what Gwyneth Paltrow should have exploited in the business relationship? Not Tracy's knowledge of the body or fitness, because it seems to be limited and easily challenged at best.
I feel compelled to nourish my inner self by suggesting congratulations are in order for Gwyneth Paltrow and Madonna's influence on Miss? or Mrs? Tracy Anderson to convert to philanthropy and donate to the charity Raising Malawi. There are a few small details in the United States that, Gwyneth may encourage Tracy Anderson to tend to, before the barges of cash set sail across the globe. Gwyneth may encourage Tracy Anderson to nourish the several small business owners pockets that she neglected to pay for their services and products around the country, post her 2005 bankruptcy filing. I'm certain they would all relish the opportunity to donate to their favorite charity as Tracy Anderson has made the choice to do. There are many such businesses in Indiana. Gwyneth may encourage Tracy Anderson to nourish the home owners association's pockets in Noblesville IN that she and husband Eric neglected to pay their homeowners dues to for several years. I'm certain that they also are in dire need of monies to continue to meet the service obligations to the community. Gwyneth may encourage Tracy Anderson to nourish the Indiana EoLA clients pockets that her attorney Jack Hittle, force fed reduced settlements.
A "webisode" like the one created for Raising Malawi, to create revenues to reimburse them would have been greatly appreciated I'm sure. Gwyneth may encourage Tracy Anderson to nourish the US District court of Northern Indiana, Allen County, by settling the suit filed against (Mrs.) Tracy Anderson (they know this prefix to be correct) by my bankruptcy trustee on my behalf for SEC violations and fraud while ousting me from the business Tracy Anderson Studios, LLC and changing the name to Tracy Anderson Method.
I applaud Gwyneth's efforts with Goop and her sincerity of wanting to contribute to a healthier world. It is obvious to me however that Goop is just a bunch of hubub. A place to promote narcissism. It saddens me because I always believed Gwyneth Paltrow to be real, sophisticated and honest. I placed Gwyneth Paltrow upon a pedistal as the true meaning of class and integrity. It is up to the Gwyneth Paltrow's of the world to fight frauds and con artists, not promote them for monetary gain. Especially in today's economic climate.
Gwenyth had an amazing and curvy figure that only needed toned and tightened. Now she is taking on a cartoonish skeletor look like Madonna has acquired over the last year and a half. Madonnas' fitness level is impressive, however it is not feminine or sexy to a majority of men. In my opinion, Tracy Anderson's body looks more like that of Peter Pan or a young boy, than that of a healthy and sexy woman.
I would assertain that since Gwyneth's association with Mrs. Tracy Anderson, she has had issues within her family, her friends and her colleagues. All of her predecessors have as well. I can make that statement because I am included in that special group.
I hope that Gwyneth siezes the opportunity to nourish her inner self and seek the truth about Mrs. Tracy Anderson. I appreciate how much time and money she has put into their joint business effort but at what point does honesty and integrity trump dollars and cents? One would think that Gwyneth would encourage Tracy Anderson to nourish truths just as Gwyneth encourages the rest of us to do.
The world could use the Gwyneth Paltrow of 2006. The world could use a Princess and a Hero, not another sell out or sell all for a buck.
Gwyneth may encourage Tracy Anderson to file a suit against me, Glynn Barber, as Tracy Anderson's attorneys at the Park Avenue Law Firm of Moulinos & Associates threatened to do on February 3rd of 2009. My association with Mrs. Tracy Anderson has taught me that she is not an advocate of integrity or freedom of speech.
