VERY cool of Jennifer hudson to bring out such a powerful singer like Jennifer holiday. Hudson has class and is confident enough to sing a suet with the origionator of the song. Good for her and good for both of them for sounding so fantastic!

I had the privilege and honor of seeing Jennifer Holliday in the original Dream Girls on Broadway in the 1980's. I remember when she did this song, I had goose bumps, tears, and just stood there in awe. She was the single most amazing and electric performer I have ever seen. That moment stayed with me for years. I bought the album and used to play her over and over. I followed her story on the internet. Then Jennifer Hudson came along and made the song even more famous. It was nice of her to include Holliday in a duet. (better than Whitney Houston who declined a duet with Dolly Parton who wrote "I will always Love You"). However, even at the end of this, nobody, nobody does it better than Holliday. She is truly amazing. I wanted her to sing the whole song.
