Turns out the douche with the dreads apparently hit a female fan in the face!!!!
The lead singer's twin bro reportedly hit the fan while at a gas station in Germany earlier this week.
It all started when the 19-year-old guitarist was filling up his car in Hamburg. A 21-year-old female fan and four of her friends recognized him and knocked on his car window to get an autograph.
Instead of politely denying her request, the asshole just lowered his window and threw a lit cigarette at the girl!!!
TWAT!!!
That's when the female picked up the cig and stubbed it out on his car.
That sent Kaulitz into a mini rage cuz he then got out of the car and allegedly hit her in the face and then drove off before the police could arrive.
Sounds very Chris Brown to us!
The female has already given her statements to the police and the cops are now just waiting to question Kaulitz.
Can't wait to hear what BS excuse he comes up with!

According to german newspapers and fansites, these girls have been stalking the band and their families since months ! They are french and moved to hamburg because of the band. They follow them everywhere they go since months and even hit the mother of the kaulitz twins ! Additionally, they cover their faces like if they were criminals and call themselves " les afghanes on tour" ( a weird name if you ask me). A woman living close to the band just said that she knows these stalkers very well and that they once shoutet at her to drive away with her car because they wanted to barricade the way the kaulitz twins wanted to drive. they wrote death letters to them and just announced that they will do something very bad to the band in the following days.

The newest facts suggest that these five girls, who are hiding their faces with masks and scarfs, before about six months have came from France to Germany just to stalk Tokio Hotel. Their group is known as "Les afghanes on tour". Girls are sleeping in front of the Tokio Hotel studio, they stalk band members with cars, they also don't let them to get out of studio teritory. They stalk band members even near their home, throw eggs on guys cars, these girls even write threatening letters where they promise to turn guys lifes into nightmares. In one letter they write: "Attention! Attention! We are not glad! We're anxious! DO YOU UNDERSTAND US??". What is more that these girls even stalk on band's family and friends, they don't allow to live calmly to the neighbours.
The band producer David Jost agreed about this accident at the gas station and made a short report for Bild.de. "One of these stalker girls on 8th of April attacked Bill and twins mother. Next day after this incident we went to the police where the report was written. At the moment we are collecting more evidences against them". On the latest report he says: "These girls are not fans, they are aggressive stalkers who don't have anything with fanaticism. Next week we will inform about judgment for these girls because of their attack on twins mother and we will require to not allow these girls approach to the Tokio Hotel". He also says that: "No one of the band members would never raise a hand against their fan".
