"Marie Curie Cancer Care: Employing more than 2,700 nurses, doctors and other healthcare professionals, we expect to provide care to around 25,000 terminally ill patients in the community and in our hospices this year, along with support for their families.

We mainly care for people with cancer but we also care for people with other life limiting illnesses. Our services are always free of charge to patients and their families.

The charity is best known for its network of Marie Curie Nurses working in the community to provide end-of-life care for patients in their own homes.

We have 10 hospices across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and two centres for palliative care research. We also run the world-renowned Marie Curie Research Institute, which investigates the causes and treatments of cancer."

They are also in favor of speeding up the death of the elderly so nobody has to bother with them. Yep honey, that's what hospice won't tell you. It's all about population reduction, something that will come to be known well in the months and years to come. Welcome to Obama/New World Order's America.

@Emmie859- this is not what they do
@roarbl- nobody is forcing you to donate

As a volenteer for this charity I would like to thank you Perez for highlighting our cause. x

thank you for doing this one. The marie curie nurses do an amazing job. This sort of care deserves more help from individuals than any of the research charities as all the pharmaceutical companies pump money into research already. If you want to help the people for whom its already too late then please give a little!
Emmie859- this isnt an elderly hospice, its a cancer hospice- the people are all ages. and the nurses help them at home too so that they can be where they want.

@Emmie859 - thats not what they do. they care for cancer patients of all ages and stages of their condition from the beginning right through to the bitter end. They are amazing and do an amazing job and the only place a lot of people with terminal cancer can get dedicated help from. They never have their hands out, they gratefully take donations but never in the way you see people with their clipboards in the street. Thanks Perez, this is an great worthwhile cause which touches a lot of peoples hearts, a lot of familes, and they can do with all the help they can get.

Thanks for posting this Perez. They helped with my Grandmother when she was dying of cancer and they did such a fantastic job. They need all the help they can get to continue working wonders with terminally ill patients and their families.
