Why is it that the radio host in Canada was allegedly "instructed" not to mention Billy Bob's acting career, but Jimmy Kimmel (who seems like he's just kissing ass here) was not? And since when can you tell a journalist what s/he may or may not mention in an interview? It isn't like the host mentioned something that was inaccurate; he didn't even ask Billy Bob anything about his acting career.

It's interesting that Jimmy could introduce him as an actor but when a Canadian Journalist did he took great offense and acted like he was slighted. The CBC host did not bring up the fact of his acting to the rest of the band, just in the introduction to give context as Jimmy did. I think he's just more comfortable on his own soil and is not a morning person.

Jian is a douchebag, if he promised not to discuss something he should have stuck to his promise. Billu Bob behaved inappropriately but Jian got the ball rolling by breaking his agreement not to go into his acting career. As it was mentioned in this interview it was inappropriate to discuss the acting career because it was an interview with the band, not just Billy Bob. Am I a Billy Bob Thornton fan? No, but I'm even less of a fan of Jian. Jian is consistently bad at his job and deserves to be fired.
