Rihanna To Go On Tour?

Rihanna is fully back into work mode! In just a few weeks, the disturbed Disturbia singer will perform a concert in Dubai.
But, we have even better news now!
According to reports, RiRi is planning a North American tour for the fall! A massive tour!
The tour is said to begin this September, though many details are still being discussed.
One of the items up for discussion is who'll be touring with Rihanna. And by the looks of things, it might just turn out to be a girls tour.
Keyshia Cole and Ciara are said to be in negotiations to join. However, RiRi and Ciara's reps have yet to comment and Keyshia's rep claims the singer isn't in talks as she wants to do her own headline tour.
But the source insists that "Rihanna wants strong women to join her. This is a 'women empowerment' type of tour."
If RiRi's hard up for ladies, she can always ask the Pussycat Dolls.
They could probably use the work!
