One of Britney's aerialists accidentally pulled out a clump of hair as he was grasping on to the pop star to securely hoist her up into the air at her Oakland, California, show on Wednesday night.

They glue in extentions all the time for performance.

When you sweat the glue loses its adhesive quality and - whoopsie daisy - it falls out. No biggie.
