The French anti-doping agency AFLD has let cyclist Lance Armstrong off the hook!
Finally!
AFLD claimed Armstrong "did not respect the obligation to remain under the direct and permanent observation" because the Tour de France champ took a 20 minute shower before testing!
The agency has backed down, according to Lance's official Twitter:
Says the cyclist, "Just got the word from the French agency AFLD on the shower gate incident. Case closed, no penalty, all samples clean. Onward."
Now Armstrong can get back to training for the big race without distraction!

it's more than privacy dude. from what i understood, normally tests are done at a facility but in this case dude showed up at his house. so while he waited to hear if it was legit, he took a shower. seriously though if someone showed up at your house wanting hair, urine and to draw blood wouldn't you check and make sure it's legit before you let 'em stick needles in ya?

This guy from the WADA ( World Anti-doping agency), came to our school yesterday and when asked about Armstrong's case, he went on about how he has no pity for him and that Lance Armstrong is guilty.
Well I guess that proves him wrong
I knew it all along, a cancer survivor would never do anything with that much risk.
Let's be clear here: they decided to accept his explanation of events. This is in no way, no how the same as him being drug free.

Lance sure knows when is the most appropriate time to take a shower ! He is guilty, he won all 7 races with help from some drugs. I doubt he ever had cancer, this may be a made-up story to make his story more dramatic. I dont't trust him at all. Also the way he left his wife and young children, the way he abandoned Sheryl Crow, and now his gf is expecting his child. What an immature and poor imitation of a man.The French are smart people, they are not fooled by him.
it would have been nice if the whole thing was posted and since it wasn't, people looked it up before assume things. The tester came to where Lance was. There was a delay between the tester and lance's assistants in checking credentials. After a while, lance asked if he could just take a shower and says he was granted permission. For drug testing, hair, blood and urine are taken. A shower IS NOT GOING TO HAVE AN EFFECT ON ANY OF THESE, you are not going to wash away any drugs in your hair. Lance has had long running difficulties with the french officials. Alot could be attributed to jealousy, they do not like that a french title has been won over and over by an american. He had said he retired, they want him to stay retired

yeah he may be clean NOW, but with out his steroids he has ZERO chance of winning the tour de france.
Lance is a DIRTY DOPING CHEAT. Always has been. Always will be.
