Britain's Got Talent breakout star Susan Boyle not only debuted a new wardrobe and waxed eyebrows but also a new haircut and color outside her home in Scotland on Thursday.

She looks more feminine. I think it is an improvement. I didn't think the makeover would turn her into Julie Andrews though. I think if she becomes more confident and secure with her new look, she will be willing to wear more feminine clothing. One step at a time, I guess.

It looks like her doctor walked out mid-sex change operation. The outfit is a major improvement over the ghastly dresses she was wearing, but if she was gonna go for a makeover she could've gone all the way. Does she really think coloring that mop top brown was gonna make it look better? Please. Does spraying "I can't believe it's not butter" on moldy bread make it look appetizing?
I think she looks good. I didn't want her to do a makeover, because I was afraid she would go whole hog over it. Two thumbs up!

She looks 100% better in pants (I hate dresses). I like her new hair colour. She shouln't go overboard, stay as we love her. Albeit I would recommend another step, maybe the last one: A new pair of glasses. Not the Sarah Palin type for God's sake, bur darker-rimmed glasses like the Greek singer Nana Mouskouri. That should be it, Susan need not make other changes. No high heels like those Hollywood bimbos either please !

She looks put together, and very presentable. As a producer or song writer I would definitely take her more seriously than before. Not because she is more pretty now, but simply because looking put together makes one appear more organized, reliable, and driven. If Susan's new look gives gives her confidence and shows that she's ready to get to business, then I say bravo.

i think that it is sad that this poor woman can't just sing and be happy and realize her dreams. people care more about what she looks like, the state of her virginity, and whether or not she had actually been kissed. the women has a truly remarkable voice and its dissapointing that she will likely not recieve the praise and credit that she is due because of what she looks like. (she's a singer people, renowned for voice, and not looks - or at least that's how it should be.)

I am glad she got her eyebrows done, but I am not so sure about the hair color and shape. She shouldn't go too drastic with changes her looks. I agree with the female judge on the show; we all like her as the every woman.
