Basically he believes in civil unions with FULL and EQUAL RIGHTS which is basically gay marriage. He also called the passing of Prop 8 un American. Do some research buddy.

Maybe you should be disgusted with heterosexual's abusing the right to marry, your high divorce rate, marriages out of wedlock, hish rate of different types of abuse in marriages, the fact that people who believe as you do are so behind the times it isn't even funny, and most people who make the most noise about being anti-gay tend to be gay themselves. Also, I would point to the divorce rate (ALONG with allowing gays to marry) as a detioration of society. No, that's not the way it works. Courts get to evaluate a statute against the Constitution, and determine if it is constitutional or unconstitutional. For a court to say that traditional marriage is unconstitutional is patently ridiculous.
