Scrubs: The Show That Just Won't Go Away

The show for the new sensitive male is once again proving its staying power.

Scrubs is in talks with ABC for a 9th season with some, if not all, of the original cast returning for the renewal.

Although nothing is set in stone just yet, last summer Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence and ABC chief Stephen McPherson indicated that they might be looking into keeping the show on the air with a "revolving door" cast not too unlike NBC's ER.

Ah, we can hear Zach Braff's sensitive opening monologue now!

And if he does leave the show, we know someone who'll be very very happy - Donald Faison!

    They're starting to look old. The 1st series is still on TV sometimes in the UK, and they look so young in it. Either way, scrubs will always be awesome.

    two years ago i was treated by a nurse who told me she lived in cali with her husband, who was a camerman on "scrubs". she said all the crew and cast hated zach braff, and then said he was "not a nice person". she also said he DID cheat on mandy moore and she dumped him. she didn't divulge any further details, but she spoke in a way which made me believe her… i always wondered whether the best friend act (with donald) was just an act. betcha it is!

    This show was a little quirky and cute its first season. No way should this predicatble crap stay on TV for 9 years! It is such a sexist, juvenille show that isn't even funny anymore.
