Braxton Suing Mad!

How sad!
Toni Braxton thought she had her butt covered when she bought "non-appearance and cancellation insurance" from Lloyd's of London insurance prior to her residency at Sin City's Flamingo Hotel in 2006.
As you may remember, Braxton had to cancel her stage show at the hotel because of heart problems.
Toni is now suing the insurance provider for an undisclosed amount!
Even though the singer had purchased the correct form of insurance, Lloyd's of London claimed Braxton's heart problems were due to a "pre-existing condition" and refused to pony up the $$$ to the hotel for their losses. She disagrees.

This is an interesting case… I can see both sides making point. However, did the insurance company make her take a full physical before she signed on? I will love to see how this ends.

If it was a pre-existing condition that she failed to disclose to them then she is the one trying to rip THEM off. Perez, THIS is why our insurance rates are so high.

"Toni Braxton" has had problems with her heart for a long time and I clearly
remember it was way before 2006. That being the case the insurance company can charge her with frauduent claim.

Get Universal health care and have it come out of your taxes so that the 50 PERCENT OF BANKRUPTCIES due to medical costs in your country will come down. Fuck insurance companies- They're always trying to avoid footing the bill with the "pre-existing conditions" excuse- Hopefully she gets a good lawyer for that BS.

All insurance companies are the same, that's the biggest problem we have in our country right now- Have you been under a rock? Ironic that she had to bail out of the vegas show because of her "heart problems", and then immediately started up her intensive training to be on "Dancing with the Stars". DWTS requires hours of training every day, yet her Vegas show required her to be "performing" for less than 2 hours AND she had days off. Me smells insurance fraud!
Uhm, it's called a pre-existing condition. If they had known she had a heart condition, they wouldn't have extended the coverage. She LIED on the application.
