Harlow Madden was spotted out with her mom, Nicole Richie, having lunch at Cafe Med in West Hollywood on Tuesday.
The two should be joined home by babydaddy Joel Madden any second now. The Good Charlotte rocker just flew back via British Airways, the same airline that discriminated against him for having tattoos.
If Harlow could speak in full sentences, we're sure she'd say "That's ridiculous! That bites!"

Yet again another unauthorized stalking of a minor child out with her parent, why do not see this type of stalking creepy? This baby is not a celebrity and has a right to her privacy, and I am sure Nicole just tolerates these hounds who follow her around, because if she spoke out it would be turned against her. A celebrity who attends a media event is fair game for a photo, but out with their family is NOT a media event. Do you ever consider the safety of the child? To protect their right to privacy and safety, not all people who follow children around are " good people", leave these little children alone.
