Someone Doesn't Obey The Rules Of The Road

We thought Miley Cyrus was a bad driver, but it seems someone else might have her beat!
Apparently, YESsica Alba needs a refresher course on how to properly drive and park.
The mom to the adorable Honor Marie was pulled over by police this weekend for her bad driving.
Luckily the paps got it all on tape!
And, on Thursday, Alba was spotted exiting Urth Cafe in West Hollywood with Honor.
Unfortunately, when she returned to her car, she had a parking ticket waiting for her.
How rude (of her)!

WOW is'nt there anything more interesting than Alba getting pulled over for traffic violations? I actually think it's rude when you GET a parking ticket. However, I always did wonder if really wealthy people just park there anyway, choosing to pay the ticket for the indulgent convenience of not looking for another spot.
