So why/how did Kirstie Alley gain back all the weight????

She reveals to Oprah that about a year and a half ago she moved all of her exercise equipment in her home gym (a converted living room in her mansion) to the garage. And, the Fat Actress says she hasn't worked out since.

She is still beautiful, but it's a shame she got off her exercise program. The key is to keep doing realistic amounts of exercise and diet changes that you are comfortable living with for the rest of your life. AND I think it's horrible that people are paying so much attention to how "fat" she is. There are more important things in the world than how much Kirstie Alley weighs nowadays.

People act like being thin is so simple, but for many people, it is not. You have to consider that genetics play a large part in someone's body size, and that is something out of their control. I feel bad for Kirstie Alley having her body scrutinized in front of millions. There are much worse things than being fat, and it isn't always so easy for some people to simply "stop eating and exercise."

I feel so sorry for her and her constant weight battle. She was a stunning beauty when she was thin. Her face was very different, now it's all puffy.

She was paid millions by the sponsors to lose weight. Oprah put in a gorgeous kitchen for her - to feel good when she sat down to eat while dieting. She had such support and can have any of the best cooks, trainers and diet coach's, yet she cannot keep off the weight. It's tragic really, at least that is the slant we are being spoon fed today. How indulgent and disgusting really. As #2 so rightly said, Stop Eating and Exercise and give us all peace!!!

I do hope that she loses what she wants to, but it's important to note that weight gain or loss has absolutely nothing to do with equipment. Simple diet works best: vegan, no flour (not even "whole wheat"), no oils, no fatty vegetables or fruits such as nuts, seeds, avocados or olives, no dried fruit, no juices or sodas, no processed food at all — no tofu, no "fake meats". This leaves us vegetables, fruits, grains, and legumes. That, plus simple walking, running, etc. will do the trick.

Other than the weight, she looks fantastic for her age. That said, diet factors in more than exercise in losing and maintaining a healthy weight. She overeats and should just admit it. I think the reason people judge her for being heavy is because she was the spokesperson Jenny Craig and makes an issue out of it herself.
