Foxy's off the hook!
The lawsuit filed in 2007 against Foxy Brown claiming the rapper beat down her neighbor with a Blackberry has been dismissed!
Even though Foxy pled guilty to the charges of the cell phone attack, the lawsuit was dropped by Justice Robert Miller in a Brooklyn Supreme Court after finding out that Brown had never been served with legal papers!
How'd that slip through the cracks???

I've had many blackberrys and they are pretty easy to break, did the phone survive? hehe
Yeah, but that doesn't mean that the assault didn't happen. I don't like her now because of what she did here. If she got a conscience and did the right thing, and made proper apologetic and other amends towards her VICTIM, I would reconsider her. Right now, in my books, she's a waste of space.
She's still not really off the hook, because what she did still makes her a waste of space, IMHO.
