Out of 9 MILLION bottles sold this year alone there are 23 cases of liver failure. These cases are the probable result of people NOT following the dosages properly and abusing the stimulants. People saying things like " fatties just lose stop eating and work out " are poorly informed. Many people using this product DO work out, eat a healthy and balanced diet and use the supplements as just an additional boost. Most so called fatties who did start this product didn't continue it WITHOUT the workouts and dieting. It really does not work well otherwise. Wake up people, this is just another case of the FDA regulating something that the big pharma companies want a slice of. I am sure that the equivalent of Hydroxycut will be available by prescription soon.

      One of my really good friends sister was taking diet pills (not sure which brand) and she ended up getting a brain tumor from the chemicals in the pills. Ever since then i knew i would never take diet pills ever.
