The man who claims to be the father of the Malawian child Madonna hopes to adopt is speaking out to the media against the Material Mom!
The hearing regarding last month's court ruling to stop Madonna from adopting four-year-old Mercy James began on Monday at the Malawi Supreme Court of Appeal, with the "father" of Mercy James making a sad attempt to use nationalism as his argument against Madge!
"I do not want my baby to be adopted because I want to take care of her and I'm capable to take care of my baby. … Mercy, she is a Malawian… so [I] need her to grow as a Malawian, as well with our culture," James Kambewa told the media on Monday.
The 24-year-old Kambewa has never met his daughter and has only seen her "in newspapers and TV, not face-to-face."

Said Madonna's rep, Liz Rosenberg, "There is no evidence whatsoever that this man is the father of Mercy. … This is a story created by the media that has no influence on the ultimate ruling regarding Madonna's appeal for custody. No family member has ever come forward to claim this child. And now some man appears out of a clear blue sky claiming to be the father."

The brother of Mercy James' late mother has claimed his family has no idea who James Kambewa even is!!
"How can he claim he is the father when he hasn't been around all this time?" asked Mercy's uncle, Peter Baneti.
Baneti believes the court should allow Madge to adopt his niece and that Mercy's "father" was solely "an opportunist."
Um, seriously!
We only hope the court will see through Kambewa's paper thin argument!!

I'm not a hater and I will admit that Madonna's eyes are pretty, something that she was given at birth. It's none of my business when it comes to what grown people decide to do with themselves. You thinking Madonna is "Gorgeous" is your opinion, I for one think Michael is not only a beautiful person on the outside, but he is even more beautiful on the inside. If you feel the need to put Michael down to feel better about yourself and your obsession over Madonna's face then so be it. And FYI "Sticky and Slanderous" you should really get used to calling MJ by his name (Michael) verses "pedo" for that has never and will never define what he is.

I haven't really followed Lady Gaga's music but from what I have seen, she does have a really nice voice, and her remake of "Beat It" would more then likely be better than Fergies rendition that is on the 25th Anniversay Thriller album. I'm sure if Lady Gaga reached out to MJ for some ideas, he would more then likely consider them because she does seem like a pretty good entertainer.

I can speak for MJ by saying that his music is very autobiographical; something that he has said for years. That is why most of his songs and titles are about healing the world, helping children, and getting the message across that he is not what the media makes him out to be, and haters should "Beat it" because he is "Unbreakable". Talking about someone who practices what he preaches to, ALL his profits from the "Dangerous" tour went to charities, including his charity "Heal the World" so his songs and concert titles actually encompasses who he is. I can't speak for Madonna though…………

But unlike other artist he doesn't need to collaborate with "top" artist and producers in order to produce hits. It's funny that you brought up Will I Am. I just saw a report on him on google today talking about working with Michael. About how Michael was just laying on Will I Am's floor listening to him make beats. He talked about how much of a perfectionist Mike is, so much so that Michael did voice warm ups for like 3 hours for 5 minutes worth of singing. LOL. That's Michael! He's not going to do anything without putting 100% into it. You should look up the article, it was very cute. In the past when he lived at his home (Neverland) he would open up his home to people (All people), but considering the number of times that people have taken his kindness for weakness he isn't as nice when it comes to letting people into his personal enviornment, so there really isn't a place that you can go to anymore to reach him in that regards. He honestly really appreciates all of the things given to him from his fans; one reason why he wanted to call off that auction. Some people think that just because he hasn't been in the public eye performing, that some how he doesn't keep up with the music scene. He has had a history of reaching out to artist and producers that he likes, he reaches out to artist who he feels releases good music, and music that actually has some substance behind it. I'm pretty sure that he is well aware of who Lady Gaga is. I'm pretty sure that her fans would probably like to see her open for him in July. Everyone talks about how good of a performer she is, I wouldn't mind seeing if what people say is true about her.

I'm 22 and his last released album (once again) was in 2001 which would have made me 14, which would have made you 12. Once again I tell you to not worry about the release dates on an album, what you need to pay more attention to is the album sales "Sweet and Slanderous". And if you want to take it there "Invincible" sold more copies in 2001 then Madonna's 2001 greatist hits album and her 2003 "American Life" combined. Michael is one of the biggest selling artist of ALL TIME. And MJ owns the rights to the group (The Beatles) who beats him at the #1 spot for that title of biggest selling of all time.
