      It sounds like she says "Lights" at about 0:44, then around 0:46-0:47 she says "sombody's getting fired"… If you pay attention the spotlight goes off, then she says "lights"….

      Well the song is called Diva, and the whole thing is about being a fucking diva. So it would make perfect sense if it was part of the performance. You're reading into it too much, Perez.

Given how much trash folks be talking about the work just ‘cause they don’t like what they perceive to be “her”, – no I am not a fan, but clearly she is doing something right cause she is still getting PAID!- a missed light cue, is a sign that someone is asleep at the board. While most of the audience would not know the difference, there are always those who go to more than one show and will call it out- just as someone decided to "report" this nonstarter. Moreover, the fact is that lighting can throw folks off their blocking or pose a risk of injury, it is a big deal. Given the fees these folks command, basic professional performance should be expected and demanded.

      When all goes wrong folks won’t say “Oh the lighting guy was bad”. No they will take a great deal of pleasure in breaking out the hateraid and tearing down Beyonce.

      At worst her behaviour could be called passive aggressive, but I call it a funny wake up call to someone who should know and do better. Hers is not a new show. The tech person would have had a well worked prompt book to follow and should be called out for this.

Notice in interviews she doesn't really mention him that much but when asked about her mom a couple of weeks ago she said how strong she was and got choked up.       Y'all obviously didn't pay attention to the rest of the video. Everyone is saying she didn't have lighting on her when she hit the bottom of the stairs, coming all the way down the stairs, blah blah… that's NOT what the problem was. After she finished singing after she walked down the stairs the lights were supposed to go OFF, that's why she said "Lights!" Then after she says "Somebody's gettin' fired" the lighting didn't change. When it did, you could CLEARLY see that her outfit had what appeared to be black light reflective stuff on it, one over each breast, and down at her hips. After they turned the lights off you could see it, so with the lights on she didn't get the effect she was supposed to at the time she was supposed to, which was right after her verse, when she started dancing in the front. Watch it again, y'all.

      I saw the concert in Budapest, and when she reached the bottom of the stairs, the lights went off, so the glowing things on her outfit could be seen. I think it's so funny how spontaneously she reacted by saying "Somebody's getting fired" staying in tune with the song. And having seen her concert here in Budapest, I cannot believe that she meant that in a mean way, she's just not like that. And really, people who haven't experienced her live shouldn't judge her, she's amazingly talented, professional and humble.
