We have no clue how she pulled this off, but E! personality Debbie Matenopoulos will be receiving $3,595 a month from her ex-husband in spousal support!
Matenopoulos, who already makes a reported $225,000 a year, will be paid the $3k and some change once a month every month until either she or ex Jay Faires passes away!
Either that or until Debbie convinces another man to marry her!
Sure, we understand spousal support when the other party is hurting for $$$, but really???
The two didn't even have children together!

Sounds like the judge is making him pay for a portion of the house they committed to buy again. that will eventually change, but for right now, that is not even 10% of his gross income. Give it a few years, and Debbie will be remarried and even if she is not, a new judge will toss this out. No kids, he does not need to be stuck with her for the rest of his life

That's why it's called spousal support jackass and not CHILD SUPPORT. It's for the SPOUSE, doesn't have anything to do with whether they had kids or if someone is hurting for money. It's not like this is a new thing Perez, I'm glad all Gay people aren't as stupid as you are.
This is an embarrassing settlement and she should have turned it down and went on with her life. 3 to 4 thousand dollars a month is what a lower middle class person earns per month for a average non-descript job, like someone who works shelving goods at Costco for 17 to 25 dollars an hour per 8 hour shift.

My mom makes about $25,000 a year and is gonna be unemployed in a month while Debbie gets $3,500 just from spousal support(already more than my mom makes) and makes $225,000 just from talking on a half hour E! show?? I cant even imagine how nice it must be to get that much money in a year…sometimes life just isn't fair.
Did they have a prenup? This is a lesson to all guys out there, do not get married without a prenup, no matter how much money you're making. Protect yourself. That goes for women too. Insist on a prenup before getting married.
