      I LOVE THEM, they are both amazing, and really had a gazillion hits back in the 80s

      OMG - I was so obsessed with this band, loved that they were Scandinavian. (I have a thing for the nordic countries) and loved their CD's, front to back awesome discs. She's go the Look… :) Sooo Excited! I hope they keep the same sound and don't go all Adult Comtemporary on us.

      Awesome! Used to love them I was sad when they split… anyone remembers if they where really a couple? I always thought the guy was gay but I remember hearing that they hooked up and when they broke the band was over, any info on that?

      Ace of Base and Roxette are from Sweden, Aqua is from Denmark.
      But it could be a nordic tour or something…

      Re: Kate27 – I think Roxette might have been a couple when the band first started, but it didn't very last very long. Mainly, they're good friends.

      They are?! Wooow! Finally! Ever since Marie got cured from… whatever it was.. I've waited for them to reunite! Yeay! :D

      Roxette never split up. Marie Fredrickson had a brain tumor and stopped recording and performing while she healed. Per Gessle meanwhile continued with his solo success and with his original band Gylene Tider.

      Glad they are back, but more importantly I am thrilled Marie is 100% healthy!

      This might appear twice, who knows.

      1. Per and Marie were never a couple. Never.
      2. They never split up. Marie had a brain tumor, she quit performing and recording for a long time in order to heal up - the process took many years.
      3. Per did a solo album while he was with Roxette and based on the success of that cd, he made more and reunited with his preRoxette band - Gyllene Tider.

      I can only hope they record some new original material, but from what I have read, they are just finishing up some long overdue obligations.
