At least he gave a fierce mugshot!
27-year-old Todd J. Miller was arrested in downtown Bloomington, Indiana, early Tuesday morning on suspicion of drunk driving.
The actor and comedian from Los Angeles was spotted weaving from lane to lane in a Ford Focus with an Ohio license plate at around 3:00am by Monroe County Sheriff’s Deputy Chad Liersch. Miller apparently had a comedy show scheduled in Ohio over the weekend.
Officer Liersch stopped the car and administered field sobriety, tests which Todd failed. The funnyman also refused to take a breathalizer test. Wonder why?!!!!
Cops then took him to a nearby hospital where he had some blood drawn.
Miller, aka T.J, is currently facing a preliminary charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and his blood work results are pending.
As for his credentials, he had a part in the 2008 movie Cloverfield, as well as having appeared in the very short-lived ABC series Carpoolers.
This will be great for his career!
At least no one was hurt.

he is f'ing hysterical. i normally wouldn't promote or laugh at drunk driving- but the idea of him in a ford focus, and that mugshot… i bet he had the cops laughing the whole time. he was incredible in carpoolers, tho i'm ashamed to say i watched that show… i'm going to pretend/hope he was driving 25mph down deserted streets where nobody could be hurt.. and he was telling jokes to himself and laughing and that's why he was swerving.
I'd be pissed that they announced I was driving a Ford Focus.

ha ha. That guy isn't from LA, he's from Denver- I went to high school with him and he's a great guy- He's a dumb ass for driving drunk but at least he pulled off a nice mug shot and avoided the Nick Nolte. Go Angels!!!

if it is true, do you trust the idiot cops from "wish we were somewhere" county to tell the truth to a blogger? yeah… sounds like a perfect trade of information. i'm sure they got a big rise out of the press (one idiotic publication online). at least they will get some money from TJ in lawyer bills. i'm sure they need it in shitty places like that.
in the end, tj was laughing: he got to walk out of the cop station and continue to be himself. those loser, dead end cops, had to stay in their cramped, poorly lit offices, and fill out paper work. then start all over again. and again. until retirement. tj, on the other hand, has a much more fun life ahead of him.

TJ is awesome!!! I've worked with TJ in the past. He's a GREAT guy and hilarious! Yes, TJ drives a Ford Focus. Yes, it's got 19 inch rims and a kick ass under body kit. This won't hurt his career. We're going to see a lot more of TJ in the future!
