We actually like it!
Paula Abdul has released a fab new song, Here For The Music, made precisely for the dancefloors.
Will anyone other than the gays like it? We're not sure.
But we do!
The song is actually an old Kylie Minogue reject. The Australian dynamo recorded it as a demo but never officially released it.

Wow…I actually don't hate it. It's not amazing or anything but it doesn't suck either.
Her voice does not mesh well with a vocoder.

I like it. Not an amazing hook, but it's still danceable and that. People will hate because it's Paula, but if RiRi or some other current artist released this, people would love it.
I like Paula's version a lot, and it's much better than Kylie's. I hope it becomes a hit!

This is a great update on it - but as it's now the SECOND Kylie track shes ripped off from the Minogue Reject Attic (she also did a version of "Boombox") you can't really give Paula any credit here.
The vocal is also VERY "Posh Spice" as well.

Alright, heres the deal with this song. I actually kind of like it, but prefer Kylie's version. She has a much better voice and does not need to be as enhanced as Paula. Paula can dance, we know this… but what keeps Kylie from dancing is the fact that she holds the microphone and actually sings! Yes Paula did write Spinning Around for Kylie's comeback, but honestly, Paula seems to really want to take after Kylie! That will not happen because Paula has nothing on Kylie!
