Whaddya know, it only took 24 hours for Michael Jackson to be slapped with yet another lawsuit!
This time around it's Jackson's former spokesman, Raymone Bain, behind the suing!
According to Bain, "Mr. Jackson has elected not to honor the financial obligations" of their contract even though he's made "numerous attempts to amicably resolve this matter."

Bain has also addressed the rumors and speculation that may arise from the lawsuit and hopes the truth will be heard!
Said Raymone: "This lawsuit will result in some discussion about the relationship between Mr. Jackson and me. Hypothetical theories, accusations and rumors, if gauging from the past, will be many. However, all of these will be replaced in court with the truth."
We wonder how much $$$$ Jacko owes his former employee???

I knew you were going to post this. First of all Perez Bain is a WOMEN. And this is just another person who is trying to get more money out of Michael. If indeed this is true, eventhough all of the other people that have claimed that he owes them money hasn't been true, then she should be going after the people who work for Michael. Michael hires people to deal with his money, and it is those people who work for him who are supposed to pay his employees. Does Ken Lewis(CEO of BofA) personally pay all the employees who work for his Corporation?? Of course not…. there are people in charge who's job it is to pay employees. Same case with Michael. Michael's concerts start in 2 months and people are trying to take there oppurtunity and get what they want.
"Now that he's getting paid" Michael get's paid everytime his music get's played. Michael get's paid anytime any artist music under SONY get's paid. Michael is a business man who has shares in alot of different ventures that makes him money. Don't worry about his financial situation, he is one of the richest entertainers out there, and has been ever since he was a teenager.

I heard through the grapevine that Ms. Bain is suing Michael for friggin $44million…. WTH! Come on, that is the figure that she pulled out of her behind $44million. And after reading the documents I also see that Ms. Bain had alot of responsibilities as MJ's spokeswomen, one of them being in charge of making sure that his employees got paid, so why is it that she had trouble paying herself??
