Jon Gosselin Himself Denies Affair - AGAIN!

Jon Gosselin has released an official statement responding to the allegations that he's currently having an affair with 23-year-old elementary school teacher Deanna Hummel!
The reality TV star and father of 8 says:
These allegations are false and just plain hurtful. As I adjust to the attention that comes from being in the public eye, I need to be more careful and aware of who I am associating with and where I am spending my time. But the bottom line is, I did not cheat on Kate. I am sorry for putting my family in this awkward position, given some poor decisions and bad judgements I've made recently. I am working through this difficult time with my family. My family is my top priority.

I personally dont think this is for the ratings..If you watched last season all the negative attention they have gotten has really had an impact on their lives. They were going through a hard time becasue Jon wanted to stop with the show and Kate didnt…So It is very much affecting their marriage, and I dont think TLC would go that low becasue you could really see the distance beginning to arise between them at the end of last season..I hope they make it through this, they are a wonderful family.
i love it how his wife cuts him off every time he talks. I'd be at the bar mackin young the birds too. Besides, Jon minus 9 would be a way better show.

I've on seen the show once, and to me, he didn't look like he had that much involvement with his kids; he seemed disinterested and unappreciative of the fact that he has 8 kids who are his own. Any father should be noticing every small detail that their child does and has in order to build their love for their kid, but I felt that Kate, despite her temper, does that a hell of a lot more than he does. I don't know why everyone labels Kate as a "bitch", when she has 8 children, and a husband who lacks in support and reciprocated love. What ever happened to unconditional love in a marriage? They are a wonderful family, yet the blame is on Jon, who, despite the fact that he wanted to stop the show, is a famewhore (and manwhore). He's not providing direct answers and is putting others' careers and reputations in jeopardy for the sake of some attention, and, it's negative. I think that Jon should just be directly blamed and exposed, get lost, Kate should divorce him, and raise her family confidently and lovingly.

i love jon and kate plus 8 and while they fight sometimes and kate gets stressed out.. you know what they have 8 kids and a camera crew and 2 dogs in thier house all the time. I would be a little bit on edge too! Why is he not aloud to go out and have fun every once in a while? there adults with stressful lives get off thier backs about every little thing!
Jon and Kate don't even work, they QUIT THEIR JOBS to live off the funds their children are making. Great idea, and completely responsible given that when their show is canceled next season, you will have 8 kids with 2 unemployed parents. Jon and Kate were the ones who invited the media and world into their lives by exploiting their children for everything they were worth and using them for network ratings and to sell sponsor's products that the kids are forced to promote. Children are not salespeople. They are not ratings guru's. They are children who deserve the same privacy and rights as any other kids. If this show were filmed in California or NY, it would be ILLEGAL and a violation of child protective laws and they would be sued, just ask OctoMom who is going to court for exposing her children through reality TV. They continue to lie to the media and public and say they are poor when they make over $70,000 AN EPISODE so they can continue to get freebies and free trips. Yes, their kids have more toys. Yes, they get to go to Hawaii. BIG DEAL. What brings true happiness is a family that genuinely is out for you and not for themselves and having stability. These kids live in a fishbowl and they never asked for it. They will pay the price, as every other multiple whose parents turned them into a celebrity did. Don't believe me? Just research.

This is the second denial he's issued in the past few months, regarding affairs with two different women. I think where there's smoke there's fire. If he didn't want to be in the public eye, he should've declined TLC's offer to do a TV show about his family.

I think that Jon is lying, and he is now back peddling to save his ass. And I think this is the last kind of publicity TLC would want, either for their network or the show… they are very family oriented. I wonder how they can proceed with the new season without addressing this?
Jon and John Edwards should move in together. They could share custody of the children with their wives and when the wives have their kids, they can have their lovers over. John Edwards is making Elizabeth sicker and Kate will save her voice not having to talk so much putting Jon down. Not seeing the parents suffer being together will help the children too. I just want everyone to be happy.
I'd fucking cheat too if I was married to that neurotic bitch from hell. Why the hell he ever had kids with someone so rigid and miserable is beyond me. I don't even watch this show (have seen it before) just watching them on Talk Soup when she is being her bitchy self and poor Jon is just sitting there looking humiliated. Poor guy. I feel for him. JohnnyD- I think you are think Duggar! Kate had a c-section,so it doesn't mess up her "parts" and she had a tummy tuck to correct the overstretched skin on her stomach. Yes she's OCD and a little bitchy,but I think I'd be high strung with 8 kids too! I have half that many and couldn't imagine having one more. There is still no excuse for Jon cheating- get counseling, open up for once and tell Kate how you are feeling. You might be surprised she might just be waiting for you to grow some balls!

Honestly, as much as I want to give the benefit of the doubt, I think there may be too much evidence that Jon may really be involved with this woman. (I could be wrong!)
Leaving her house at 7:30AM, wouldn't his babysitter be frantic wondering where he was all night? However, on the same note-would he risk staying over at this woman's house all night KNOWING the babysitter and kids would know about it and probably tell Kate??
Anyway-his 'statement' that was read on air, seemed very well constructed. I am guessing that Kate probably scripted that for him, as she tends to control a lot of what they do. It sounded more like a scripted PR release than a genuine sentiment from John.
I always wondered about the fact that when they showed the story of Jon and Kate meeting, it was apparently an 'instant relationship'. That's probably part of the problem, it happened so fast. But what really bothers me is that Kate herself told the audience that Jon already HAD a GF when she met him! Not just dating someone, an actual GF. She joked on camera about how 'the GF was gone by the next day' or something to that effect. And she was entirely serious. That never sat right with me. One, that they would both support something unethical as in dumping a GF he is still dating so they can be together, and two; that if he is capable of doing that to his previous GF, could he be capable of doing that to Kate??
