Little Brooke Hogan celebrated her ~~31st~~ 21st birthday party Vegas style on Tuesday.

The peroxide blonde partied it up at Pure Nightclub with daddy Hulk Hogan, his much younger girlfriend Jennifer McDaniel, and lil bro Nick Hogan.

We sure hope Nick wasn't drinking, as he's only 18!

Noticeably absent from the festivities was mom Linda Hogan.

Either she's really a crazy ass and no one can stand her so she wasn't invited or Brookie-poo just loves the parent with the most $$$.

Why do U think Linda wasn't at the party? Too busy to make it to her daughter's birthday?

I still dont understand why the drinking age is 21 over in the US.. ridiculous.. and driving at 16? Over here (Netherlands) it's pretty much the other way around. First u learn to drink (at 16) and find out what ur limit is and then 2 years later u get to learn how 2 drive..
