Wow, I JUST took an exam in sociology today on the issue of gender and sexual orientation today. While society may create the norms, the norms are changing and the categories of straight, gay, male, or female are no longer sufficient enough to account for all of the different people that make up this world.
This thought about homosexuality being WRONG socially is absurd and it's also good to know that with each new generation more acceptance and knowledge is spread. People like that are truly a dying breed. And that is a good thing.

Criminal anti-sodomy laws have been outlawed by the US Supreme Court. Look up Lawrence v. Texas, a late 1990s or early 2000s case in which the Supreme Court clearly put their foot down on this issue. Justice O'Connor also took care to write a great, great concurrence. It's definitely worth reading. So - ignore idiots like this. The law is not on their side anymore.
