Kate Gosselin Speaks!
Kate Gosselin of Jon and Kate Plus 8 sat down with Rachael Ray on Wednesday afternoon for an interview set to air on The Rachael Ray Show next Tuesday, and it seems to be a real snoozer!
The mother-of-eight approached the topic of the alleged affair of her husband Jon Gosselin with 23-year-old school teacher Deanna Hummel with discretion and barely revealed anything at all!
Said Gosselin:
It's one of those things that we're just handling privately… We're just taking it one step at a time and I'm trying to walk through it. The focus remains on our kids. It has always been there and will continue to be there. One day at a time, like we've always done. One hour at a time, one minute at a time, and my life's been like that. It's definitely another learning experience… I look at life through the eyes of my kinds in that i've always said life experiences… I feel like you can learn something from every situation and I am absolutely learning a lot from this… I do not care how you see me. Call me crazy, but it's out there because I am not perfect and I will never boast that I'm perfect. Everyone makes mistakes.
Protecting the fam and the kids, we get it, we get it.

She sounds like a mature woman taking a bad situation and trying to keep it private. I'm sure when she started the show, she didn't plan on him fooling around. He is younger and obviously more immature, but he needs to get a grip on himself. If you don't want to be with someone, divorce them FIRST, then hook up with young women. Hopefully, he has sowed his oats and will now take his responsibilities seriously.

Good for her… its absolutely nobodys business if he did or didn't cheat. Whether this is true or not, I am not be surprised Jon went looking for the affection and attention from someone other than Kate. I mean, really, have you seen the way she treats him? I don't know if it is all acting or whatever, but it is downright mean a lot of times. I cringe every time I see that show because I know she's going to ridicule everything he does. It is like he can never do anything good or she orders him around and treats him like some servant or something. She should read both Gary Neuman's and Steve Harvey's book and take a long look at herself and the way she treats Jon (and her kids–I remember one show she told her kids if you keep doing that you won't have a mommy anymore). Yes, Jon is also to blame, but Kate didn't help matters either.

She has been reading the blogs and has realized that everybody realizes that she is a hateful cruel person. So now she may have taken a step back and thought about how evil her behavior is and perhaps she should act like a human being once in a while and not a cranky, soul stealing, castrating, banshee.

Honestly I feel sorry for Kate, but I'm sure she doesn't feel sorry for herself. This woman is one strong headed, educated and forward woman. Regardless of John's affairs she will move past it, protect her family and make sure they have the best life possible.

Here's the thing, I do not like to see this happen to any woman. Being in an untrue relationship is worse than taking the 8 children and running for the hills, but when push comes to shove she treats him like shit. When they were airing the promos for the last episode online and I thought they were heading for the big d I was stoked. I know that if I spoke to people the way she speaks to Jon I would be alone.
