Sutherland Surrenders
Following the bizarre head-butting incident, where he reportedly attacked - without provocation - a fashion designer at a party in NYC on Monday night, Kiefer Sutherland has agreed to surrender himself to authorities as early as today, Thursday, when he'll be charged with third degree assault.
He will be issued a "desk appearance ticket," which means that he won't be jailed and he is free to travel prior to his arraignment.
A police source said, "When the lawyer realized paparazzi could be sitting on his [Sutherland's] doorstep for two to three weeks, suddenly he wanted to come in right away and make it all go away." And a friend said, "Kiefer is sorry it happened. Absolutely. It's terribly regrettable."
Douchey Sutherland should have taken a second to think about that before he went into the head-butt!

Although if I was in the middle of a conversation with Brooke Shields, trying to pick her up, and someone tried to cock-block me, I'd head butt them too.
I'm on team Kiefer on this one. It the guy that knocked over Brooke Picked her up and said he was sorry Kiefer would have realized they knew each other.
He was coming in aid of a woman. Nothing wrong with that in my eyes.

Well I'm certainly not on team Kiefer,he did something very violent and criminal and only did so because he was drunk,high and thought he can get away with it. I hope he sees prison time for this people have no right to assault other people period.

Okay Perez - I'm gonna have to disagree with you on this one! In past reports, everything that has ever been reported on Kiefer has been nothing but great comments. He's an upstanding guy with good morals. Yeah - he enjoys the 'hooch' just like everyone else does. The only difference is that when 'regular' people get drunk & make asses of themselves, there's not a zillion photog's around to capture it. So all of this leads me to believe that there is more to the story than what is being reported. I DO NOT believe Kiefer would just go off like that without a valid reason. I'm not saying what he did was the right choice, but in the heat of the moment, I don't think a lot of people actualy stop to think about how this could turn out. But I do commend him on being the 'Knight in Shining Armor' even though that bitch (aka Brook Shields) isn't fessing up! What a piece of shit! You have Kiefer Sutherland come to your rescue & you turn your back? That's some shit! She should be laying on her back with her legs spread - THANKING HIM in as many ways as she can. Hell - I know I would! And he wouldn't even have to rescue me!
