Unless you're an attorney or clerk and you read the documents and then study the facts is the only way you'll know. You need to define "partially nude", it's a gray area. You have no idea of those girls contracts, may have been different. They also have sexual contact and aren't posing alone. So many differences you can't compare. Quit generalizing. I can't believe Miss California thought she could say such things and think the whole thing would blow-over.
