'Very Psychotic' Madonna Stalker Escapes From Mental Hospital!
This is terrifying!
Very early this morning, the Los Angeles Police Department announced that 54-year-old Robert Dewey Hoskins, a man who was convicted of stalking and threatening Madonna, has escaped from a mental hospital in Norwalk, CA.
The LAPD are describing the man as follows:
"...A very psychotic man when not taking his medication and has very violent tendencies."
According to the LAPD, Hoskins served 10 years in prison for his actions against Madonna, and he was placed in the Norwalk mental hospital after "an additional run-in with police."
Stay safe, Madonna! We know the police are doing everything in their power to find this dangerous man!

I think it's important for people to understand that hate is not acceptable. It is a civil rights moment and people who love each-other should be together. If the world ends tomorrow how sad would it be that all humans ever did was Hate on each-other. White people have hated on black people calling them "Black Devils", women have been tortured and crucified their entire lives, people with disabilities have been cast out , and lastly gay people have been called sinners and perverts. What a sad world we live in

Re: GWB5 – I know what you are trying to say but as someone dating someone black you have no clue. even if the person is black and has a good education and looks nice, not like a thug it is still harder for them to get a good paying job or for people to stop looking at you sideways if you are in affluent communities. some things regarding race have changed for the better but there is still a looooooooong way to go.

As being a gay male who is actually engaged here in Canada for the most part I do feel like equality is there it is the acceptance of this issue that is the problem and sorry to disagree with trya because I do not feel quoting gay as being the new black because its not there is a larger problem here, people being gay sorry to blast my own kind, is never going to be accepted by the majority of people as long as things such as organized religion is going to be around because that is where the whole problem stems from, people and their beliefs, you can forced people to aknowledge gay rights but they will never accept them. I am a straight woman who lives in Canada. Yet, I am bothered by how people treat the LGBT community. Yes, I do understand that your religions to not agree with these lifestyles; but at the same time, your religion teaches tolerance and being a good person. In my opinion, a good person doesn't go around hating certain groups of people just because they don't fit your ideals. To deny a person of their basic human rights is deplorable. I think Tyra deserves kudos for continually discussing topics of importance in the modern world: As opposed to someone like Jerry Springer, who has a "talk show" merely for entertainment value. I'm sorry, but its true. If you give people in the LGBT community the right to marry, nothing for you will change. Just because someone is a little bit different then you does not mean that you should treat them any differently. These people deserve the same rights that straight people in America do.
I am a straight female, living in a small, conservative suburb of Chicago and my best friend is gay. It hurts me to see how people treat him in the halls at school. Just by one person calling him "Fag", can ruin his day and is just causing more homophobia and nonacceptance. I feel like marriage would be the next step for acceptance in the gay community.

This is good for awareness for the LBGT community, however I feel there is a difference in Black vs Gay rights. Although the struggles are similar the connections are different. For example Black/Gay/Women should now have to face all 3 struggles all at once. Being a Black, Being a Women and Being Gay, not necessarily in that order.
I support Gay Marriage however I feel white gays in general latch on to the convenience of the black struggle.
