That was AMAZING. Love this song and the album. And in response to kissmyassobama, the lyrics are beautiful. It's clearly a love story. If you go even deeper you will see it's about his parents and his mother's battle with cancer. Sorry they don't spell it out for you like daddy Springsteen, but most of the Killers' lyrics do involve actual thinking.

I saw this last night right before I went to sleep, I thought it was great. Brandon should have danced around the stage though, he has way too much energy to stay in one postition.
I'm so sick of people trying to compare them to other bands, they aren't trying to be Bruce Springsteen, or anyone like that, they are just trying to make a name for themselves. They are an incredible band, and their music is lots of fun. Yeah Brandon says a lot of things but I don't believe that he means to offend anyone, he's just a guy who loves music and doesn't mean to offend anyone. Its true that he pisses people off when he says certain things but come on get over it. Its not about the poeple its about the music itself and people are so worked up about what he says and where he lies politically that they forget that they are a grammy nominated band and that they are an amazing live band. I've seen them three times and no one has been able to top their performances. Why didn't anyone get made at Maroon 5 when Adam said that they were the best band in America?? FYI they fucking suck ass live!! Worst time of my life! Oh oh and I'm also sick of people saying that Sams Town was horrible, it was amazing!! It was just simply incredible.
I guess its true what Brandon said though poeple in America really don't like to give bands a shot, they are just so stuck on bands that they forget other amazing bands are out there.

THat was so great, even though it's not really my favorite song. I saw them in Jan & 2 wks ago, I can't get enough. Brandon is mesmerizing. The lyrics are good & it's about his parents meeting, his fathers alchoholism, his "revelation" & becoming Mormon & his mothers illness. And Sam's Town IS one of the most important albums in a long time.
Most of the comments on this video just go to show you how pathetic some Americans really are.
