LaLa Fights Back…Again

We reported earlier about LaLa Vazquez's unfriendly "encounter" with fans at the Denver/Dallas game on Monday.
The fiance of Carmelo Anthony has now released this statement explaining her actions and disgust with the situation:
"Obviously the play-off games bring out the best and the worst in fans but what happened on Monday night with the racial slurs/threats, verbal attacks on my son and physical attacks to myself by irate fans was unacceptable," states LaLa. "The fans were totally out of control. What the cameras captured was me defending myself and didn't show the abuse that was taking place."
Yeah, okay…but did you punch someone in the face? That's what we want to know.

I find it funny they got the clip of LaLa ready to throw down so if they could catch that, there's bound to be a video showing those women bashing her in her head. It wouldn't surprise me if they did.

I could not have said it better! You are so right! People that know of Lala knows that she's a really nice, sweet person. I cannot blame her for defending herself and her child but of course, they only get the clip of the woman of color acting this way. Those fans were a-holes but they don't show that part! Go Lala!

I somewhat agree with you. You went a little bit too far but I get the gist of what you're saying. Calling me a racial slur and in front of my child would be trouble trouble. We are not living in the 50's and 60's anymore and that sort of stuff will not be tolerated. I don't blame LaLa for going off if indeed they were making racial comments.

BTW Also, LA LA is PR…..if anyone thought she was black, but some PRs are are from Spain years and years ago, annd some come from Africa. So….maybe she's PR and many years ago her ancestors came from Africa and that's why she looks black somewhat. She looks mixed to me.
