Gosselin Family Friend Says "It's Over."
Rough week to be a sextuplet!
First, your daddy, Jon Gosselin, is reported to be having an affair with a 23 year old slut schoolteacher.
Now, your mommy, Kate Gosselin, has to fight off the rumors that she, too, is having an affair.
A family source discusses the latter with US Weekly, suggesting that Kate's rumored affair with her married secuirty guard, Steve Neild, has been going on since last May. Clearly, Neild got pointers from his former employer, Bill Clinton.
And Jon is getting jealous!
"He threatened to hire a private investigator," the family source said.
As Kate continues to travel the country promoting their reality show and her writing ventures, she has kept Neild close at hand and people are noticing.
An employee at a recent promo she did for her TLC show said: "She was gently poking him, giving him little love pats, totally unlike the slapping she does with Jon. She and Steve were joking around so much, I actually wondered if they were having an affair. There's a lot of open affection between them."
The employee also remarked that she showed no affection for Jon at the same event. But at least she let him out of his cage!
As for the future for the married parents eight, the family source says that "it's over. "Kate doesn't want to work on it, he doesn't want to work on it."
And like so many other reality tv marriages, this one may bite the dust.
A Worthwhile Cause
When will these people LEARN! Don't do a reality show if you want your marriage to last!! So sad for those kids! Especially since it's splashed all over the news! I feel really bad for the 2 older ones!

Marriage can be a blessing, and so can divorce. Not every couple is meant to be together and that's just the reality. I can see where Kate would find a strong man attractive. I can see where she would want someone else to take charge for a change, I get that.
I'd love to see Kate find a strong grown up man with a career who will help her raise this family. I'd like to see John pull his head out of his arss, stop whining that "life isn't fun", get a job he can keep, stop dating teenagers and be a MAN that his kids can be proud of.
I'M SO SICK OF THIS!! Jon lives the town over from mine and I see him out a lot, this is all for publicity. When he's at ledgens, he's either hidding the shadows like a celebrity or he's on the dance floor and NO ONE BOTHERS HIM, no one cares. I've seen him there with his ring on and never all over any girls. He's a nice guy, Kate is crazy as we all know and I don't blame him for going out. It is wrong if he's cheating, but he's been going out every weekend since Feb. and it's just now making the news? And 2 weeks before their season starts? That's a coincidence.
I totally support Kate Plus 8. John adds nothing. TLC needs a show on the realities of being a single parent raising children.

As a fan of the show I'm not to surprised. Kate treats jon like he's one of the 8 kids they have together. Her constant bitchiness has made the show less enjoyable as it used to be.
Also, most marriages end in divorce as it is. So, I can't imagine one w/ 8 kids, a camera crew, book tours, a bitchy wife, & tons of followers would end much different.

Inside rumor has it that he is living over the garage and helping take care of the kids with the nannies, while Kate prefers to be on the road promoting her herself as the perfect mother and homemaker. I have actually known people that have gone through worse, in my opinion and they are still together. This couple claims to be Christian so they need to start acting like it.
If anyone has watched the show they know that Jon and Kate are real people that have been put in an extraordinary circumstance. All either of them want is for their children and family to be safe and happy. Because of the show they can now provide a life for their children that they would not have had otherwise. Also, many people, including myself, are inspired by their story and I believe that is another reason why they continue to do their show. I certainly hope the stories of Jon's infidelity are not true, but one thing I know for certain is that Kate would never cheat on him. Some might not like Kate's personality, but I find her honest and straightforward. Having that many children requires organization and structure and Kate does a great job at being a mom. Kate is who she is and she doesn't try to be anyone different and her honesty is what makes the show popular. I think name calling and blaming is not appropriate at a time like this. My thoughts and prayers are with their family.

I only vaguely knew about Jon & Kate Plus Eight because someone had mentioned it on CrabbyGolightly. hen recently I was at a friend's house and there they were on the flat-screen: This oddly-matched couple accompanying eight children to a ride on Thomas The Tank Engine. Jon seemed like the ninth child. Kate appeared a bit "pitchy" as the kiddies like to say. The family had the train all to themselves (camera crew included of course.) They snapped at the kids for fighting. They looked out the windows as the train moved. And if my hazy memory serves me there was some conversation about hair brushing. In a word, scintillating! Time to close the book on this show! Where are the child labor laws? These kids are GUARANTEED to have SERIOUS problems when they grow up due to their IRRESPONSIBLE, GREEDY, MONEY-HUNGRY parents. These kids have no say since they are MINORS. Me, jealous? Hardly…I love my middle class life (money, fame and fortune doesn't equal happiness).
